In this paper I seek is to lay the relations between the program and the city. These relationships are wanted by the succession of movements of people around the city, which vary depending on the places and activities that are performed in different places.
These movements, in turn, corresponds to different levels with which I have been working, have different size, in space, time, intensity of use. These latter characteristics are what determine and make me search the city way to unify and create a space that contains them without having to mix.
